Both packages include training for up to 2 participants and KotteLab consultancy. Dates, location, VAT and any travel costs are confirmed in your written quotation before booking.
How your ingredient credit works
The course can earn you credit towards future material purchases. It becomes available once you reach the qualifying order total within the time limit, counted from your training date.
- 3-day package: order €25,000 in qualifying materials within 12 months to receive €2,500 in credit.
- 5-day package: order €50,000 in qualifying materials within 18 months to receive €3,500 in credit.
Place the qualifying orders through KotteLab. Once the target is reached, the credit can be used for subsequent material orders. It is not a cash refund, an upfront discount, or a refund of the full KotteLab package price. Equipment and travel are outside the material-purchase programme.
We will confirm the qualifying products and programme terms with you before you book.

What you will learn
- Brew tea bases with the right preparation method.
- Cook tapioca pearls and manage their texture.

The three days covered tea brewing, tapioca, beverage preparation and practice, including slush drinks. Preparation and beverage recipe guides were shared with the team, and the trainer offered follow-up help with recipe questions.
